Food Pathway – Making Bread

This week pupils in the Food Pathway have been learning about the process of making different breads.

They have made focaccia, an Italian style bread flavoured with their own choice of flavourings.

 They have also made macheteadas, a Honduran style fired dough, coated in honey.
