Gingerbread biscuits

We have started practicing reading recipes, taking it in turns giving instructions and using the microwave.

Steven and Jacob were first on the task and gave good, clear directions for the rest of the group. Ruth and Dylan were in charge of putting the paper on the trays ready for the biscuits to be placed on for the oven for baking.

Once the dough had cooled in the fridge it was ready for rolling and cutting out.

The Living skills room smelt lovely, Christmassy and cosy as we left with the goodies.
