Food Tech - Sensory 1

This morning in Food tech, Sensory 1 were making different versions of the staple sandwich.

We made a Quesadilla, which is the Mexican version of a ‘butty’.

We practised our hygiene skills by washing our hands and then wiping down the table space.

We used the grating and chopping skills we have learnt so far and Miss Scott was extremely impressed in how we have progressed.

We had the chance to try some and take some home for family to try, although some said they may have to eat them before they get home, they were so delicious!
